I’m a 55 year old midlife woman, happily married and finding joy in raising two lovely teenage children; now embarking on a voyage of self-discovery to find a missing piece of the puzzle of my life of joy (and sometimes pain).

Having practiced guided meditations for about 1 year I was eager to try Liz's FREE Life Purpose Meditation and accompanying workbook. After about only 3 days of practicing Liz's meditation (to which you can freely subscribe in Liz's website) I found myself reflecting on doing something I had squashed in my mind some months before: - the idea of writing a blog to women sharing the joy I experience in life despite having living with clinical depression. Since practicing Liz's Life Purpose meditation, I have created my blog and published several posts.  I am so excited to share ideas for JOY from my own life to help other women who may suffer with mental illness.

I would like to encourage midlife women here who may be feeling that perhaps life has passed you by or that something is missing in your life but you are not sure what, to read Liz's website and subscribe to her free Life Purpose meditation and workbook and see what heart-felt impressions spring forth! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!
