I started coaching with Liz during the lockdown. I’d also started a new job with rather difficult, unsociable hours. I was feeling very overwhelmed and stressed trying to get everything done, with little support. I didn't know where to start to improve the situation and felt quite hopeless.
This was my first experience of coaching. I was hopeful that it would make me feel more positive and motivated, and help me see things more clearly. And it certainly did that! As well as improving communications with people in my life.
This is important as I tend to procrastinate and struggle to organize my time. I also felt I had little time left for myself and what was important to me, including creativity. I would feel guilty as if other things were more important. I always seemed to be doing things for others.
Since coaching I have felt more positive and motivated, and I procrastinate less. I've achieved things I'd been putting off for ages. Life coaching with Liz has helped me feel more in control, organized and less overwhelmed.
Thank you so much Liz for this fantastic opportunity. I found you very perceptive which really helped me realise what is important to me. Such as creativity. I love the way you encouraged me to celebrate each small achievement. Thanks for all your passion, positivity and support.
