Do you need to relax, I mean deeply relax? Rather than snatching a few moments between work demands, family commitments and stresses of everyday life. Perhaps you are tired, burnt out even, and want to step away from the subtle aggression of self-improvement.

You want to step off the continuous treadmill of fixing and improving mode, (let’s face it you are already fabulous ;) If this resonates then this re-TREAT is for you!

Senses – Coming Back to You, is just that. We’ll be focusing on returning, connecting, embodying and allowing. Honouring yourself for the goddess that you already are.

I will create a beautiful multisensory space, where we may experience ourselves more deeply through our sense. We’ll allow what arises to do so naturally, without forcing or striving.

The intention of this re -TREAT is that you will receive what you need. Acknowledging that, as we focus on beauty, enjoyment and gratitude, the more we invite it into our live. This is not by-passing, what will arise we’ll welcome and honour with kindness.

Our time together is an invitation to be non-striving, non-achieving in a space that feels luxurious, pleasurable and nourishing.

This half day retreat is an invitation and opportunity for you to BE, soften, accept and be gentle with yourself. We will cultivate this as we engage with our senses through soundscapes, cacao, nature, essential oils, aromas and beauty.

I envision a beautiful, enriching, spacious, peaceful and relaxing time together. Where the cosmic resonance of sound as a portal to senses and deep connection will be prominent.
