I found coaching with Liz to be transformative, beautiful and important.

I have never worked with a coach before, so I didn’t t have a lot of expectations, except being guided in a wonderful journey of personal discovery. I felt really excited, curious and happy to start this adventure.

When I started Life Coaching with Liz, I was in a transitional period. I was struggling to focus on my creativity. I had been struggling on settling down and finding a place I can call home.

During the Life Coaching sessions I witnessed my creativity returning. It has been beautiful to see that as I was changing inside the environment has been changing with me! I am still doing a lot of creative activities that make me really happy. We worked on feeling at home within myself, and I have since moved to a place and I am more settled.

I trust Liz and experienced how much passion and heart she puts into her coaching, and how much she cares about people. As a healer it was nice to have somebody else holding the space for me while I go through my personal journey of healing.

I really recommend Liz to all the people looking for a sincere and loving guide on their journey. She took me exactly where I was supposed to go, helping me to "see" things that were in front of my eyes that I could not see, gaining clarity and vision. Exactly what I was in need in this part of my life, preparing me for my next steps and holding the space in a very special and loving way.
