You are invited to savour the gorgeous pairing of heart-opening, luxurious ceremonial grade cacao followed by a relaxing sound bath. Wintertime is perfect time to enjoy the warming elixir by candlelight.

Following a busy day, this evening will provide you with an opportunity pause, relax, nourish and nurture yourself. Inviting a deepening connection with your heart, whilst quietening your mind and promoting deep relaxation and energy release – ultimately you will receive what you need.

Ceremonial grade cacao is raw and natural with minimal processing, think best hot chocolate ever that is good for you! (no processed sugar or nasties)

YET it is so much more than this, as it is full of vitamins, minerals, and mood boosting properties, as well as a powerful plant teacher, known for its heart opening and nurturing qualities.

Following the cacao ceremony, you will experience a Sound Baths Immersion. When you will have a opportunity to relax, calm your mind, release tension and blocked energies.Resonant sound reduces stress and anxiety and enhances the body’s natural healing abilities.

My sound bath begins with the earthy tones of a shamanic and ocean drum, ethereal resonance of native style flutes, meditation flow chime and angelic resonance of crystal singing bowls, vocal tones, and gentle percussion.

This event is for absolute beginners and those who have experienced ceremonial cacao and sound baths alike. Benefits are similar to mediation, including relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, calming of the nervous system, improved general well-being, improved sleep to name a few!

Everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration, including our bodies, so it is natural that beautiful blissful tones, sounds, and music elevates and transport us to a higher frequency, and it literally soothes our nervous system, brings us into a deep state of relaxation and equilibrium.

What to bring & Important Information:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you can get comfortable, and we can start on time.

Bring a yoga mat, blanket & cushion for this venue. (I provide some blankets for extra warmth) an eye mask can be nice too! it can feel more comfortable laying on two mats and two blankets to snuggle up!) Bring what you need to feel comfortable.

I invite you to wear comfortable, warm layers. Although the venue is warm, our temperature tends to drop when we lie still. Think cosy and warm :) Bring water to hydrate.

Cacao contraindications & considerations.

Sound Bath Contra-indications – reading is essential:

Serious heart conditions. Sensitivity to caffeine, Pregnancy & breastfeeding - Like coffee or tea, it is important to reduce the intake of stimulating foods. The theobromine in cacao, contains caffeine albeit smaller amounts.

Interactions with medications & Supplements - Certain anti-depressants including MAOI based anti-depressants are contraindicated and some concerns with SSRI anti-represents, blood thinners, ADHD, St John’s Wort, 5 -HTP (Hydroxytryptophan). Especially when taken with other serotonin-enhancing medications or substances. If in doubt consult your GP)

I use 25 grams per person (a high ceremonial dose tends to be 40-50 grams) so it won’t be super strong. The Cacao ingredients is gluten free and vegan.Sound healing may not be suitable if you have; a pacemaker, metal implants, sound induced epilepsy, Meniere’s disease (or any other inner ear condition), 1st & 3rd trimester of pregnancy or a mental health condition. Sound baths are not suitable for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. The minimum age to attend ANY of my events is 16 years.
