Flow Fest – 22 September 2024

I’m excited to be part of the Flow Festival team on 22nd September.

I’ll be sharing a Soulful Soundscape from 3-4pm in the Geodesic Dome, which facilitates containment of the sounds, whilst enabling you to continue to feel part of the natural environment.

Soulful Soundscape:

Liz will begin with her beautiful conch horn to call in the start of this 60 minute Soulful Sound Bath.

Receive, feel and embody the soothing sound waves of ocean and shamanic drums, ethereal tones of native style flutes, angellic crystal singing bowls, melodic meditation flow chime, vocal tones, gentle percussion instruments and more.

Like a musical instrument we benefit from a “tune up”! High vibrational sounds entrain our minds and bodies back into balance and into deep states of

relaxation. Sound immersions are a wonderful way to calm the mind, release tension and blocked energies.

Join us 3-4pm in the Geodesic Dome, which facilitates containment of the sounds, which enabling you to continue to feel part of the natural environment.

Liz’s Bio:

Liz is a certified Sound Healer, who enjoys creating relaxing spaces where she shares her soundscapes using a variety of instruments including Native America style flute, shamanic and ocean drums, crystal singing bowls, vocal tones, and gentle percussion.

A certified Life Coach, Mindfulness Teacher & Ceremonial Cacao Facilitator with 18 years experience in wellness, including 10 years as a practicing Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

Liz’s offerings include community events, retreats, corporate wellbeing and bespoke private events, women’s gatherings, such as alternative hen parties and other special occasions. I offer a friendly, professional, and heart-centred approach.

Liz loves travelling where she enjoys playing her flute and vocal toning at sacred sites and spending time in Mama Nature. She also loves to make her own instruments including seed and shamanic rattles and most recently a conch shell horn!
