Sound Immersion – Wednesday 14th May

This evening Sound Immersion offers a deeply relaxing and restorative experience designed to calm the mind, release tension and stagnant energy, and support your body’s natural healing processes. It is suitable for complete beginners as well as those familiar with sound baths.

You’ll be welcomed into a warm, atmospheric space filled with gentle music and the scent of essential oils. There will be time to settle in and, if you wish, select an oracle card before we begin. After a short guided breathwork and meditation, you’ll be taken on a sound journey using shamanic and ocean drums, native-style flutes, vocal tones, Paiste symphonic gong, crystal singing bowls and gentle percussion. The session will close with spacious quiet time to allow for gentle integration and rest.

For this particular session, I am pleased to welcome young people aged 12–16 who are genuinely interested in the experience and accompanied by a responsible adult. The sound immersion will remain exactly as serene and relaxing as usual, with sound levels kept below 80 decibels to ensure comfort for all. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the young person and must review all information and contraindications beforehand.

Please bring - yoga mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort. An extra blanket and extra mat are recommended. An eye mask, can also be helpful. Dress in warm, layered clothing as our body temperature can drop when lying still. The venue is heated, but it’s important to feel cosy and supported. Don’t forget to bring water to rehydrate after the session.

Arrive at 7:15pm so you have time to settle in. We will begin promptly at 7:30pm.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice will be refunded, minus any PayPal fees. You may also transfer your booking to a future session or to a friend, just let me know in advance.
