Sound Bath Immersion - Friday 30th May 2025, Eridge Village Hall, Tunbridge Wells
7.30-9 pm (arrive 7.15pm) Friday 30th May
Sound Baths are an opportunity to relax, calm your mind, release tension and stagnant energies. Reduces stress and anxiety and enhances the body’s natural healing abilities.
What to expect:
Upon arrival you will be welcomed with relaxing music, aroma of essential oils, a warm and atmospherically lit room.
You will be invited to select an oracle card (optional) and you will have space and time to make yourself cosy and comfortable, essential for a sound bath! (read below what to bring)
Following a brief introduction, we will be to take some delicious deep breaths and you’ll be guided in a short meditation.
My sound baths begin with the earthy tones of a shamanic and ocean drums, ethereal sound of native style flutes, vocal tones, Paiste symphonic gong, angelic resonance of crystal singing bowls and gentle percussion in a journey that will complete with spacious ending to allow you to gently transition from your sound bath.
This event is for absolute beginners and those who have experienced sound baths alike. Benefits may include relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, psychical pain reduction, calmness, restorative rest and improved sleep and the release of stagnant energy to name a few!
Everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration, including our bodies, so it is natural that beautiful blissful tones, sounds and music elevates and transport us to a higher frequency, and it literally soothes our nervous system, brings us into a deep state of relaxation and balance.
