I’m so excited you wish to proceed with a Heart Ignite Consult!

A consult differs from a coaching series due to the significant difference in length of time we’ll be working together.

The consult consists of -

  • A 90 minute Zoom session

  • Unlimited email support during the 21 days to answer any questions

  • 45 minute follow up coaching session 3 weeks later

I look forward to finding out what you want to achieve during your Heart Ignite Consult, I also would love the opportunity to get to know you better, which will assist me in helping you achieve your goal.

PLEASE NOTE:

That there is NO discovery call prior to the Heart Ignite Consult. However, it is essential that you complete and return this questionnaire no later than 48 hours prior to the 90 minute consult.

Once the questionnaire has been completed, please book your time slot by following the link below.

Returning the questionnaire enables you to optimise the time we have together. We will not be able to proceed with the consult until I have received your questionnaire – I look forward to receiving it soon!

Is there a place in nature that you visit time and tie again?

Nature is powerful, especially our somewhere we return to time an time again.

Remembering to breath, to love ourselves enough to give ourselves time.

Allowing our thoughts to be centre stage can get us into trouble as our thoughts proceed our feeling and emotions. Being rather than constantly doing, and giving our thoughts too much power, can be disruptive, unhealthy and and impact our mental health negatively.

Sometime a walk in nature is just what the Dr ordered. It can programme interrupt those pesky, repetitive and invasive thoughts.

Spend time with a tree, a river, a woodland - it will allow you to BREATHE and BE!

I loved the deep dive conversation I had with Carla about the transformative journey of a life shock. For those of you who’ve followed me for a while, will know that I experienced a huge lifeshockl in 2015 when I received a rare breast cancer diagnosis.

I share my personal experiences of facing a major life shock and how this transformed my life, which led to an awakening and a shift from survival to thriving!

I shared my thoughts about the importance of reframing “selfishness” and advocating our needs so that we are in full alignment with who we are.

I also delve into the topics of the frustration of being stagnant, stuck for too longer, and the danger of things getting worse if left unchecked. Whilst also acknowledging that everything is impermanent - nothing stays the same for too long.
